Energetic wife and mother of four. I approach life organically and believe profoundly in a healthy body/mind. Zumba provides an outlet for that philosophy. I hope to share this with others.

  • <b>Zumba&reg; Toning</b><br /> Licensed to teach body-sculpting techniques using Zumba&reg; Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength.
